KS1 Tag Rugby

On Thursday 3rd October, six Year 1 and 2 children visited Ixworth High School for a Rugby Skills Festival, led by Mr Hopkins-Jones (from the Schools Sports Partnership).

All who took part had an amazing time, they learnt and took part in learning new skills. Throughout the festival the children showed and demonstrated the use of the Abbot's Hall Sports Values, such as teamwork, determination and self belief. It was great to watch the children enjoying rugby with other schools.

At the end of the festival some prizes were given to those children who demonstrated the Sports Values, Felix was presented with an England Rugby notebook.

Well done to all the boys that took part!
