The first face to face competition is the Primary Cross Country Competition. This event is a team event, with pupils from years 5 and 6 making up the school team. 

Pupils will run 2km on grass with a finishing funnel with draw tickets being handed to each finisher to ensure correct final position. Results for each school will be based on the number of finishers for the smallest class, one point being awarded for each race position. The team with the lowest number of points wins.  

The top 10 Yr6 boys and the top 10 Yr6 girls across the partnership will have the chance to competein the county cross country finals at Royal Hospital School on Thursday 14th October 2021.
