Abbot's Hall School

Abbot’s Hall Community Primary School is an 'all-through' school for children aged 4-11. At our school we offer your child a happy, safe environment in which they are encouraged and challenged to learn.

We strongly believe in educating the whole child. Their personal, academic, physical, creative and social developments are all important to us and therefore we develop confident, independent, self evaluative learners.

We aim to enable our pupils with the skills, abilities and attitudes that will benefit them through life.

We are an extremely well resourced school with a mobile laptop trolley, astro turf, forest classroom and newly refurbished Early Years area. We are located next to The Museum of East Anglian Life, so we enjoy a picturesque rural setting, yet we are right in the heart of the town of Stowmarket. We welcome visits to our school and very much look forward to working together with you and your child so that all may flourish, achieve and enjoy school life.

Languages Day

Today we were embracing many different languages in school. We have had visitors from both Stowmarket High School and Stowupland High School who have kindly been teaching us Greek, German and Spanish. Children have also been learning from some of our parents languages such as Russian, Portugese, Polish, Japanese, Danish and Arabic. It's been a fun packed day with many exciting activities.
